Find the formation your five‑stack plays best.
Vormation studies your squad’s own ranked games, recommends who should play each role, and explains the team plan that formation suits. A coaching aid for League of Legends five-stacks — not a public rank.

Example formation
Ranked Flex · five-stack games
- Top Aster Settled Agreed by the squad, so it stays fixed.
- Jungle Brin Recommended Most of Brin’s squad games are in the jungle, and they hold up.
- Mid Cael Settled Cael’s main role.
- Bot Dane or Esk Open choice Dane and Esk both play bot and support. Too few shared games to tell who suits which, so the squad chooses.
- Support Dane or Esk Open choice Whoever doesn’t take bot plays support. The assignment is the squad’s call.
Team plan
Play through bot lane early, then group around mid-game objectives.
What Vormation does
Three questions every five-stack argues about, answered from the games your squad has actually played.
- Squad analysis How is the squad really playing?
- Vormation collects the ranked games your players have played, on their own and together, and summarises who played which role, how often, and how those games went — in plain match facts.
- Role recommendations Who should play where?
- It suggests a role for each player from that evidence, keeps any roles your squad has already settled, and says plainly when there are too few games to choose rather than guessing.
- Team strategy How should this formation play?
- For the formation you choose, it outlines a game plan, each player’s responsibilities and the situations where that plan is weaker. It is advice for the squad, not a predicted result or a live draft pick.
How it works
Vormation is still being built. This is how it is designed to work once accounts open.
-
Add your squad
Name the squad and add its players by Riot ID. They don’t need their own Vormation accounts.
-
Gather the games
Vormation reads the players’ ranked match history through the Riot Games API and refreshes it when you ask.
-
Say what’s settled
Record each player’s main and acceptable roles, and any assignments the squad has already agreed.
-
Review the formation
See the recommended roles, any open choices, alternative formations and the team plan for the one you pick.
When the evidence is thin
Recommendations only come from the games available. If two players are too close to call, or a role has barely been played, Vormation says so and leaves the choice with you instead of presenting a guess as certain.
Built for your squad, not a leaderboard
Vormation is a private coaching aid. It isn’t a ranking site.
- Your squad’s analysis belongs to your account. It isn’t published or shared with other squads.
- There are no public player rankings or leaderboards.
- Nothing in Vormation is an official Riot Games rating.
- The Privacy Policy explains what match data is collected and how it’s used.
Vormation is in development
It isn’t open to players yet, and there’s no sign-up or waiting list on this site. This page describes the product and publishes the draft Terms of Service and Privacy Policy that accompany our Riot Games API application.
